Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing
- reliable and punctual
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff
- flexible availability to work daytime shifts

Job Duties
- Follow established cleaning schedule
- clean common areas, model apartments and vacant apartments designated as show units
- empty trash
- dust and vacuum
- polish and clean furniture
- clean fixtures, glass, and window ledges
- mop floor areas
- complete work orders and inspections per policy and procedure
- maintain effective communication and working relationships with residents, co-workers, community leaders, owners, management, vendors, and service providers
