Job Requirements
- pass a background check
- maintain a clean driving record
- have reliable transportation for commuting to work
- be physically able to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving items
- demonstrate strong attention to detail
- be willing to learn and accept feedback
- availability to work Monday to Friday, roughly 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory due to paid training
- basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- clean homes thoroughly according to company standards
- utilize company-provided transportation to travel to job sites
- participate in paid training sessions to master cleaning techniques
- manage time efficiently to complete assigned jobs within scheduled hours
- adhere to company policies including reliability and punctuality
- report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly
- provide excellent customer service by respecting client homes and needs
