Job Requirements
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, arranging towels, restocking supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and room rearrangement
- Ensure rooms adhere to brand and IHM quality standards
- Report any damages or disturbances to supervisors
- Must be physically able to stand, sit, and walk extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
- Flexible availability for varying work hours based on occupancy and season
- Must be motivated, approachable, and guest-service oriented
Job Qualifications
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective problem-solving skills in workplace situations
- Ability to work well under stressful conditions
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing sheets, restocking towels and toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, and rearranging rooms after guests check out
- Ensure all rooms meet brand and Island Hospitality Management (IHM) standards
- Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest areas
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department
