Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Entry-level position with on-the-job training
- Ability to perform routine cleaning duties standing, walking, and bending
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Capability to handle cleaning equipment safely

Job Qualifications

- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks reliably
- Good communication skills to interact respectfully with residents and staff
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures preferred

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments daily using microfiber mops, small wringers, dusters, and household vacuums
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of common areas and assigned spaces
- Use cleaning tools, products, and supplies efficiently and safely
- Follow on-the-job training to learn proper cleaning techniques and protocols
- Support the health and safety standards of the community by ensuring hygienic environments
- Report maintenance issues or supply needs timely
- Participate in wellness initiatives and appreciation events as part of team culture
