- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and maintain resident apartments including defrosting refrigerators, checking heat system filters, changing bed linens, and emptying waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on entry area carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using laundry facilities provided
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at tables, serve beverages, cereals, soups, salads, meals, and desserts
- Bus and clear dishes from tables, reset tables following sanitation procedures, vacuum carpets
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
