Job Requirements
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to interact positively with elderly residents
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Eligible to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, preferably in senior living or hospitality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas
- Provide laundry services for community spaces
- Conduct deep cleaning of amenity spaces
- Interact with residents to ensure their comfort and satisfaction
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols consistently
- Report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Assist with setting up rooms or spaces as needed
