Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- experience in cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred
- understanding of proper handling of biohazardous waste
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- willingness to undergo training

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, wiping countertops, mirrors, and sterilizing floors
- wipes kitchen counters and under objects, mops kitchen floor
- vacuums all exposed areas including edges
- empties and rinses wastebaskets as necessary
- washes inside of windows as needed
- cleans all common areas including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals in accordance with instructions
