Job Requirements
- Must be able to operate standard housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, mops, and brooms
- Excellent customer service and kind communication style
- Willingness to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow supervisor instructions and work well within a team
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to comply with safety regulations and company policies

- Outstanding customer service skills and a kind communication style
- Desire to maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices related to cleaning
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Performs various cleaning assignments as directed by supervisor including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash
- Abides by safe and proper handling of chemical and cleaning products and stocking of housekeeping carts
- Cleans and tidies all assigned areas to satisfactory standards within designated timelines
- Creates and follows daily job duties lists in collaboration with supervisor and other housekeepers while maintaining a record of all serviced rooms and areas
- Maintains all equipment in good working condition and reports any needs for repairs
- Reports equipment and product needs, policy violations, and patient condition changes
- Handles reasonable guests complaints and requests and informs others to ensure patient and guest satisfaction
- Complies with health and safety regulations and acts in line with company policies and licensing laws
