Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- reliable and punctual
- basic knowledge of safety and hygiene practices
- ability to interact courteously with residents and staff
Job Qualifications

- experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
- good communication skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- ensure the highest quality of customer service is available for our residents
- engage in prospective resident visits
- clean resident apartment including vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, emptying trash, making beds and linen service where applicable
- responsible for personal laundry service where applicable
- responsible for maintaining cleanliness of entire building
- monitor public restrooms throughout the day for cleanliness and adequate supplies
- maintain regulatory compliance where applicable
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- note areas or articles in need of repair and report to Assistant Director
- other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director
