Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently throughout the workday
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- support a positive work environment for all team members and guests
- may be required to work weekends
- help with laundry or clean public areas as needed
