Job Requirements
- Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as needed during daily activities
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays as required
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Must be able to provide courteous, friendly guest service consistently
Job Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Mental and physical capabilities equivalent to completing two years of high school
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the work shift
- Experience in housekeeping is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed
- Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help in laundry or cleaning public spaces when necessary
- Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints
- Maintain a positive and happy environment for guests and team members
