Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and commitment to customer service

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms spotless according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experience with friendly and courteous service using a Service +1 attitude
- Contribute to a positive work environment at all times
