Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms
- clean common areas, restrooms, offices, and wellness areas
- ensure timely and friendly service to residents, staff, and guests
- maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control
- communicate resident concerns to management
- exhibit a positive customer service attitude
- respect residents' rights and maintain confidentiality
