Job Requirements

- Must be willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time
- Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Able to perform physical working demands such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items
- Must be able to perform essential functions satisfactorily and use reasonable accommodations if needed
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred

- Understanding of following guidelines and procedures

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Answer incoming calls with professional, friendly phone etiquette
- Keep all front and back of house areas clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties including stocking room supplies
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Participate in additional cleaning projects assigned by supervisor
- Adhere to operational checklists with 100% accuracy
- Submit on-time and accurate shift handover reports
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain a friendly appearance
- Communicate honestly and professionally with team members
- Show willingness to meet business and guest needs beyond traditional role
- Collaborate to create a welcoming environment for guests and positive workplace
- Attend morning stand-up meetings and assist with laundry tasks as required
- Follow established guidelines and procedures for all cleaning activities
- Clock in and out on time and work scheduled shift hours
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for shifts
