Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand throughout entire work shift
- Capacity to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during work shift

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently following verbal and written instructions

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Maintain clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Help with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
