Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle stressful and high-pressure situations
- Must arrive and clock in/out on time for every shift
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts

- Experience in hospitality or consumer-facing service preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily and use their names whenever possible
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain spotless cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed while smiling
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Collaborate and support team members to create a welcoming environment
- Stock room supplies and tools on assigned work cart
- Attend morning stand-up meetings
- Assist with laundry activities and fold dirty linens
- Clean and restock assigned guest rooms thoroughly
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned including deep cleaning and storage areas
- Follow established guidelines and procedures strictly
- Arrive and clock in/out on time for scheduled shifts
- Clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide proper notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
