Job Requirements
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- You have your own working vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Able to lift 20 lbs and clean 4-5 homes daily
- Available to work flexible hours
- Must pass background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Job Duties
- Clean residential homes in established routes
- Service same regular clients weekly or biweekly
- Follow our proven cleaning system
- Maintain happy customer satisfaction rating
- Respond promptly to recruit and fill cleaning team positions
- Coordinate schedules to meet client needs
