- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- valid and current drivers license where applicable
- ability to handle physical workload of housekeeping
- reliable and punctual

- willingness to work in a luxury senior living environment
Job Qualifications
- prior housekeeping experience in hospitality healthcare environmental services or senior living environment preferred
- must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed
- must possess a valid and current drivers license where applicable
- knowledge of infection control hazardous waste and disaster plans
- ability to operate and maintain housekeeping and laundry equipment
- effective communication skills
- physical stamina to perform housekeeping duties
Job Duties
- cleaning fixtures sinks toilets and tubs
- making beds with clean linen
- emptying cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
- high low dusting
- sweeping mopping and vacuuming
- operating and maintaining housekeeping and laundry equipment
- adhering to infection control hazardous waste and disaster plans
