Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- ability to communicate effectively and work well with others
- available to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
- willingness to undergo background and drug screening as per company policy
- commitment to follow company safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned tasks such as rooms board within the scheduled shift
- replace all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the main linen room, housekeeping manager/supervisor, or front desk
- fill the housekeeping cart with all necessary supplies, transport the cart to rooms, and return the cart to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follow all company policies and procedures, reporting any maintenance problems, safety hazards, and/or accidents
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs
