Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum three months experience in housekeeping or janitorial role preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
- Enthusiastic and compassionate attitude toward senior care

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
- Clean resident rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces according to established schedules and standards
- Operate laundry equipment and manage linen supplies efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Assist in setting up rooms for special events as needed
- Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment
