Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum three months experience in housekeeping or janitorial role preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping duties
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Effective communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position preferred
  • Enthusiastic and compassionate attitude toward senior care
  • Passionate about hospitality and senior engagement
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
  • Responsible for performing a variety of housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean, and comfortable environment to meet the needs of residents
  • Clean resident rooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces according to established schedules and standards
  • Operate laundry equipment and manage linen supplies efficiently
  • Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
  • Assist in setting up rooms for special events as needed
  • Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment
