Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and moving light to moderate objects
- Must be able to communicate clearly in English
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain orders up to four at one time

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, change bed linens, check and clean heat system filters, turn mattresses with assistance, empty waste baskets, and ensure adequate linen supplies in each apartment
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens in laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at tables, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take meal orders, serve meals and desserts, assist with returning carts and storing perishable items
- Bus and clear tables after meals, reset tables and chairs following proper sanitizing procedures, and vacuum carpets
- Complete side work like filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
