Job Duties
- Responsible for the direct cleaning of the Lake Anna YMCA such as cleaning and sanitizing restrooms locker rooms vacuuming dusting mopping trash removal window cleaning picking up trash spills floor cleaning and maintenance in all areas of the Y
- Follows cleaning checklist for all areas of the building on a daily basis
- Communicates and submits to supervisor inventory and supplies needed to maintain the building
- Organizes cleans and maintains storage area for the cleaning supplies and equipment
- Maintains a clean and positive image along with YMCA attire uniform
- Maintains communication with all staff via in person and or through work orders that are developed
- Interacts with staff and members in a positive manner and creates a team atmosphere
- Develops an understanding and commitment to the Annual Campaign
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Properties Manager and or Executive Director
