Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred but training will be provided
- Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste
- Ability to work full-time or part-time as needed
- Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, toilets, sinks, bathtubs, wiping countertops and mirrors, sterilizing floors
- Wipes kitchen counters and under objects, mops kitchen floors
- Vacuums all exposed areas including edges
- Empties and rinses wastebaskets
- Washes inside of windows as needed
- Cleans all common areas such as elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- Maintains a clean laundry room and stores chemicals according to instructions
