Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving equipment
- Strong communication skills for reporting concerns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments including furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/cooling units, bathtubs, toilets, showers, sinks, windows, mirrors, blinds, shutters, sweeping, dusting, damp/wet mopping, disinfecting, washing, wiping, spot cleaning surfaces, and replacing trash liners
- Report any health, safety, or sanitation concerns and apartment repairs to supervisor
- Follow work and cleaning schedules closely
- Monitor and remove trash and waste from inside community areas to designated trash areas throughout the shift
- Keep work areas free of hazards and put equipment away properly after use
- Follow established procedures for mixing, storing, and using chemicals, disinfectants, and cleaning solutions
- Lock and control all housekeeping supplies and carts to prevent access by residents or visitors
- Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations
- Assist in moving residents during emergency situations if needed
- Maintain a professional appearance including proper uniform and name tag
- Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
