Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or related experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
- Effective communication skills in English
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change bed and linens, ensure adequate linen supplies, turn mattresses with assistance, empty waste baskets
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests with a smile to serve beverages, cereals, and/or soups/salads from the cart
- Review menu with residents, take orders, serve meals and desserts
- Return cart to kitchen, assist with storage of perishable items, deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear dishes after meals, sanitize tables and chairs, vacuum carpets
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned
