Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
- Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred but we will train
- Understands the practices surrounding the proper handling of biohazardous waste

Job Duties
- Thoroughly cleans all assigned resident apartments as scheduled by the supervisor including bathrooms, kitchen, vacuuming, emptying wastebaskets, window cleaning
- Cleans all common areas according to standards including elevators, halls, landings, stairs, resident activity areas, lobbies, and model units
- Maintains a clean laundry room in an orderly manner and stores chemicals per instructions
- Launders towels, bed linens, and resident laundry
- Ensures all cleaning tasks comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Responds to supervisor requests related to cleaning and maintenance
- Assists in maintaining a safe and hygienic community environment
