Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed and linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments paying special attention to entry areas, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Review menu, take resident orders, serve meals and desserts, and return cart to kitchen
- Bus and clear dishes from tables, reset tables following proper sanitizing procedures, vacuum carpets
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
