Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening, conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to serve guests with hospitality
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift and breaks
- Provide sufficient notice for call outs
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting housekeeping items

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to make them feel welcomed
- Work together with team members to achieve great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology proficiently for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service and approved greetings
- Keep all work areas sparkling clean and well-organized
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists accurately every shift
- Submit accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear a clean, approved uniform with proper grooming and a name tag at all times
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Show willingness to go beyond traditional role to support business needs
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Complete pre-cleaning duties including stocking supplies and attending meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms each shift
- Undertake additional cleaning projects in assigned areas
- Follow established guidelines and procedures closely
- Arrive and clock in on time and follow scheduled breaks
- Provide sufficient notice for any call outs
