Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand throughout the shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and colleagues
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- provide exceptional guest experience through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times
