- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire work shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- ability to occasionally lift 25 to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and courteous attitude
- contribute to a positive work atmosphere for all team members and guests
