Job Requirements
- ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods bending and extensive walking
- willingness to work an 8-hour day shift
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- ability to work in occasionally unsanitary conditions with exposure to unpleasant odors and concentrated chemicals
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred
- excellent attention to detail
- strong customer service skills and polite attitude
- ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadlines
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Duties
- general cleaning tasks for vacant and model units as well as office space and other areas on the property
- performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds such as vacuuming cleaning bathrooms and kitchens and dusting all cleared flat surfaces
- performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor
- accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor
- always maintains resident confidentiality
- communicates clearly with residents and teammates about cleaning timeline and process
- acts proactively performing regular cleaning tasks for the property
- engages respectfully and pleasantly with residents and teammates
