Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work full-time schedule
- Ability to engage positively with senior residents
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and adapt to Brightview’s standards
Job Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with people
- Housekeeping or janitorial experience or willingness to learn
- Natural cleanliness and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Basic understanding of cleaning products and safety
- Commitment to providing excellent resident service
Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping in resident apartment homes
- Engage with residents to brighten their day when in their apartment homes
- Keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, and disinfecting
- Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all assigned areas
- Follow health and safety guidelines consistently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
