Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and cleaning regulations
- Ability to work Monday through Friday approximately 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM or until 2:00 PM-3:00 PM depending on daily tasks
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude towards resident care and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- Prior housekeeping experience is preferred
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality service to residents
Job Duties
- Cleans assigned apartments and common areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Maintains apartment and community cleaning schedule
- Follows apartment cleaning specifications set forth in the policies and procedures manual
