Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
- Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently
- Basic computer literacy
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain up to four orders simultaneously
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments, including vacuuming and dusting
- Clean and maintain resident apartments, including refrigerators, heat system filters, bed linens, mattress turning, and waste disposal
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying using company laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from a cart
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts, and assist with storage and delivery of food items
- Bus and clear tables after meals, sanitize dining areas, complete side work such as replenishing supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
