Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- ability to stand walk and lift for extended periods
- dependable and organized with multitasking capabilities
- ability to communicate respectfully with residents and staff
- willingness to follow all safety and cleanliness standards
- demonstrate empathy and patience towards residents

Job Duties
- clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms bedrooms hallways and common spaces by scrubbing mopping buffing polishing dusting and disinfecting
- restock paper products soap and other essential supplies regularly
- engage respectfully with residents visitors and staff to foster a welcoming environment
- meet the physical demands of the role including standing walking and lifting for extended periods
- maintain organization and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- demonstrate care and empathy for elderly and disabled individuals
- adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols consistently
