Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Capability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning duties
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Clean assigned apartments and common areas as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Maintain apartment and community cleaning schedule
  • Follow apartment cleaning specifications set forth in the policies and procedures manual
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks comply with Leisure Care standards
  • Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
  • Support team efforts to create a welcoming and safe environment for residents
  • Adhere to all company health and safety protocols
