Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy
- Must comply with all safety requirements
- Required to complete and successfully pass Avenue5 Fair Housing, Diversity and Inclusion Training within the first 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Clean available units and/or model homes and common areas including pool area, gym, property office as directed
- Dust, sweep, vacuum, wipe down trim and molding
- Clean glass windows and doors
- Sweep exterior patios
- Pickup and remove trash
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Follow safety standards when performing tasks
- Follow manufacturer's instructions and recommendations when using chemicals or operating equipment
- Clean and properly store equipment and supplies at the end of each shift
- Follow proper infection control and universal precautions when performing tasks
- Perform other duties as directed by property manager
