Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure linen supplies in apartments
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens by washing and drying in community laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests to serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts, and return cart to kitchen
- Bus and clear dishes after meals, reset tables, follow sanitizing procedures, and vacuum carpets
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemaker
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
