Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders
- Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to grasp tools
- Ability to see, hear and understand verbal communications
- Ability to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to operate computer, keyboard, mouse, and office equipment
- Willingness to work outdoors and in various weather conditions
- Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
- Successful completion of background check
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards in property maintenance
Job Duties
- Perform regular custodial duties around the property and maintain the common areas including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and removing trash
- Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager including picking up trash, cleaning dumpster areas, trash rooms and trash chutes, blowing parking area and sidewalks, removing debris, power washing
- Thoroughly clean breezeways by removing cobwebs, bugs in lights, mopping floors, power washing, and wiping down doors and handrails
- Collaborate effectively with maintenance team members, other departments, and external contractors to ensure seamless property maintenance
- Assess property safety and cleanliness standards ensuring compliance with regulations
- Keep property in top-notch condition including delivering notices to apartments, interior and exterior painting
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
