Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- required health screening TB clearance and criminal record clearance
- any special licenses certifications and certificates such as First Aid CPR Certified
- special skills needed to meet client needs according to California Code of Regulations Sections 85065(f)/87411(g)
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work preferably in health care or senior living setting

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms including dusting vacuuming mopping and changing bed linens
- maintain cleanliness and orderliness in common areas such as lounges dining areas hallways and restrooms
- perform regular cleaning tasks such as emptying trash bins cleaning windows and polishing surfaces
- follow established protocols and safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures
- assist in monitoring and replenishing housekeeping supplies including toiletries towels and cleaning products
- collaborate with other staff members to coordinate cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks effectively
- uphold the privacy and confidentiality of residents personal belongings and information
- provide excellent customer service and respond to resident inquiries or concerns professionally
- may need to move furniture to ensure cleanliness of designated areas
- support with additional duties as needed
