Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- Completion of 2 years of high school or equivalent
- Positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information as requested
- Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service responding quickly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a Service +1 attitude
- Maintain a positive work environment for diverse team members and guests
- Assist with laundry and cleaning public areas when necessary
- Work weekends, particularly Saturdays and Sundays, as required
