Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shifts
- Capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily work activities
- Ability to lift 25 - 35 pounds intermittently
- Willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently by following verbal and written instructions
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Dedication to excellent customer service
- Completion of equivalent to two years of high school education
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest services with a friendly and courteous attitude following a Service +1 mindset
- Work Saturdays and Sundays as required to support hotel operations
