Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including every 4th weekend
- Must successfully complete pre-hire health assessment and drug screening
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with housekeeping
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and task lists
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Compassionate and respectful toward seniors and their families
Job Duties
- Ensure the community is safe, clean, comfortable and attractive for residents, families and team members
- Perform day-to-day housekeeping duties according to a specific tasks list
- Carry out laundry duties as assigned
- Build relationships with residents and their families
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety
- Support the overall well-being and comfort of residents
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet community needs
