Job Duties
- clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas
- complete all cleaning tasks efficiently within established time guidelines while maintaining quality standards
- maintain continuous awareness of safety concerns and report issues promptly to management
- follow all safety protocols and training procedures including the Bloodborne Pathogens Program
- provide friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests and coworkers at all times
- inspect mattresses for potential bed bug activity and report findings to management
- perform other related duties as assigned by management
- offer suggestions and recommendations to improve housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction
