Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Eligible to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission
- Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documentation
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints
- Ability to write reports and communicate effectively
- Ability to perform mathematical computations
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in casino and office environments
- Willingness to work in various temperature and noise conditions
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to obtain a Gaming and Racing License from Louisiana Racing Commission
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in custodial or cleaning services
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation
- Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from team members or regulatory agencies
- Ability to write and present information to management
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations related to duties
- Ability to collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and deal with several variables
Job Duties
- Sweep, scrub, wax and mop all floors
- Clean and polish lighting fixtures, counter surfaces, vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
- Dust furniture and clean assigned equipment and polish metalwork
- Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork
- Wash windows, door panels and sills
- Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other assigned work areas
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays and transport trash to disposal areas
- Replenish bathroom supplies regularly
- Handle all cleaning substances following proper procedures
- Notify maintenance of replacement light bulbs needed
- Perform all other assigned duties
