Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily duties
- ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds
- availability to work weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional experiences for diverse guests and staff
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms up to standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests with bedding, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere
