Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the community areas
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
- Ensure residents' needs related to cleanliness are promptly addressed
- Adhere to safety and sanitary standards
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Utilize cleaning supplies and equipment properly
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members
