Job Duties
- Anticipate needs and deliver exceptional cleanliness and service
- keep all assigned areas including rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms clean
- sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using manual and powered equipment
- clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
- dust furniture and equipment
- polish metal fixtures and fittings
- clean walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
- empty wastebaskets and dispose of trash properly
- replenish restroom supplies
- clean coffee machine stations
- notify supervisor of maintenance issues
- store chemicals, supplies, and equipment properly
- perform laundry duties including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, folding, marking, and mending uniforms and tablecloths
- clean lint filters in dryers daily
- report hazardous materials found in laundry areas
- perform other duties as assigned by management
