Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of two years of high school
- Ability to walk and stand for entire work shifts
- Ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as required by daily tasks
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during shifts
- Availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and resolve issues efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Completion of two years of high school education or equivalent
- Positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures and supplies
- Capability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills to support a team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- Visually inspect guest rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- Support a positive work environment at all times for team members and guests
