Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or food service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties and lift/move supplies
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Strong organization and time management skills

- Ability to retain up to four orders at one time
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the Community and individual resident apartments
- Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning of apartments and common areas including carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests at tables, serve beverages, cereals, soups, and salads from the cart
- Take resident meal orders, serve meals and desserts courteously
- Return carts to kitchen, assist with storage of perishable items, and deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Bus and clear tables, reset tables following sanitation guidelines, and vacuum carpets
- Complete side work including filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
